Case Album is an independent software tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency.
USCIS, Form I-130, Form I-485, Form I-751, Form I-129F, Form I-140, and related names, including NIW, EB-1A and RFE, are referenced only to describe the user's intended filing context. Case Album is not an official government form, filing service, or immigration representative.
Your responsibility
Case Album does not review or retain the user's files or content in normal use. You remain responsible for protecting your device, browser profile, backups, passwords, and any personal information you enter.
No legal advice or outcome guarantee
Case Album does not provide legal advice, determine eligibility, verify evidence, interpret photographs or documents, or guarantee approval, processing time, interview results, or any other immigration outcome. The application only organizes material supplied by the user.
The NIW, EB-1A and RFE organizers do not tell you whether you qualify, which evidence you need, or whether a request in a notice has been answered. They do not draft arguments, and they do not calculate or track deadlines. Section names, topics and evidence categories are editable labels for organizing your own files. They are not legal definitions or a checklist.
The user is solely responsible for truthful information, accurate captions, correct dates and locations, appropriate evidence selection, filing instructions, deadlines, and deciding whether to consult a qualified attorney or accredited representative.
Review before use
Review every page, caption, date, name, location, receipt number, exhibit label, index entry, page number, bookmark, and PDF file before printing or submitting anything. Check the due date and the filing instructions on your actual notice or form. A preview or export is not proof that a filing is complete or legally sufficient.
