Payment questions
When am I charged?
Only when you choose to save your final files. Building, previewing every page and saving backups are free.
Is there a subscription?
No. Each purchase is a single payment. Nothing renews.
How does the photo album template work?
You choose your case and layout, pay $9.90 once, and save your template right away. Your receipt email has the link and an order code. The link works for 30 days.
What does the 30-day period mean for a packet?
For 30 days after your payment is confirmed, you can change that EB-2 NIW, EB-1A or RFE project and save it again as often as you need, at no extra cost.
Can I get a refund?
You see every page free before you pay, and you confirm before checkout, so a purchase is final. Charged twice, or your files did not save? Tell us within 30 days. See the refund policy for details.
Is tax added?
If tax applies where you live, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
What does Stripe receive?
Only what is needed for the payment: an anonymous project number, the product and the amount. Your files, names and case details stay on your device.
