What you buy
Marriage Case Album. Each payment lets you save one album as a PDF, exactly as it is when you make the PDF. The Photo Album is $29 and covers up to 100 photos. The Complete Evidence Package is $49 and covers up to 100 photos plus supporting documents. If you bought the Photo Album and add documents before you save your PDF, you pay only the $20 difference.
EB-2 NIW, EB-1A and RFE organizers. Each payment buys export access for one project for 30 days after the payment is confirmed. The EB-2 NIW Evidence Packet and the EB-1A Evidence Packet are $79 each. The RFE Response Organizer is $39. During the 30 days you can change that project and export it again. A new project or case needs a new purchase.
Photo album template. One payment of $9.90 buys one template, for the case and layout you choose before paying, as a Word file. You can save it as often as you need for 30 days after payment.
DV lottery photo and passport scan kit. One payment of $4.99 lets you save one batch of photos and passport scans you prepared. Preparing, checking and previewing are free before you pay. An unused purchase can be used within 60 days. Saving again, even the same files, needs another payment.
Tax, if any, is added at checkout. There is no subscription.
Saving again
Your files are saved on your own device, so please keep them safe. For the album, if saving fails, you can save the same, unchanged album again for 24 hours after you first make the PDF. After that, we cannot recover lost files for you: open your backup file and buy again. If you change anything in the album (a photo, a caption, a name or a document), saving the new version is a new purchase.
For a packet, you can build and save the project's files again as often as you need during the 30 days, even after changes.
When you can get a refund
Marriage Case Album: charged twice, or your PDF did not save. Tell us within 30 days of payment with the form below. If the purchase was never used to create a PDF, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Otherwise a real person checks it, usually within 2 business days.
Photo album template: charged twice, or the file did not save. Tell us within 30 days of payment with the form below, using the order code (CT-…) on your Case Album receipt. A real person reviews each request, usually within 2 business days. After a refund, the template link stops working.
EB-2 NIW, EB-1A and RFE organizers. Charged twice, or could not save because of a problem on our side? Tell us within 30 days of payment. Packet purchases do not have an order code, so use the support form, not the form below. Send the email on your Stripe receipt, the date and the amount. A real person reviews each request. A project you already saved may not qualify.
DV lottery photo and passport scan kit. Charged twice, or saving did not work because of a problem on our side? Tell us within 30 days of payment with the support form, with the order reference (DV-…) on your receipt, the date and the amount. A real person reviews each request. If saving was interrupted, you can first finish it free, from the same browser or the link in your receipt. A refunded purchase can no longer be used.
All other cases
You see every page free before you pay, and you confirm before checkout, so a purchase is final. That includes changing your mind, deciding not to file, filing another way, or any USCIS decision. We cannot refund for these reasons, unless the law requires it.
How requests are checked
An album refund request needs the purchase email and the exact Case Album order code. We check that they match a paid order and whether the purchase was used to make a PDF. For a packet purchase, a person finds the payment in Stripe from the details you send. An order can be refunded only once. If a packet purchase is refunded, you can no longer save that project. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, and Stripe controls when the money arrives.
Fair use
Repeated, false or abusive requests, requests for another person's order, or a chargeback after a refund may be declined. Refund decisions follow applicable law and the payment provider's rules.
Payment provider
Payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world’s largest payment companies. Stripe may also send its own receipt. Your card number goes to Stripe only: we never see or store it.
Your work on your device
Your album or project stays in your browser on your device. Removing photos or documents, or deleting an album or project, does not reverse a payment. Save a backup file before you delete your work or clear your browser data.
Submit a request
This form is for marriage photo albums and Word photo album templates. Enter the order code from your Case Album receipt email:
- Photo album: a code like CA-7KQ4-M9TP-X2DF (older albums may start with AS-).
- Word template: a code like CT-4F7K-9QMP-2XDA.
NIW, EB-1A or RFE packet? Packet purchases have no order code, so use the support form instead, as explained above.
Do not include photographs, captions, receipt numbers, A-Numbers or case details.
