Sample album page: three couple photos, each captioned with the event, place, date and names
A finished page. Sample couple.

Two options

Both are free to build and preview. You pay once, only when you save your PDF.

Add dates and captions

Include the event, date, place and people. For example: “Dinner with both families, June 2024, Chicago. Ana and Luis with their parents.”

Choose photos that reflect your real relationship over time. Use the instructions for your own filing, rather than a fixed photo count from someone else’s case. Our guides cover organizing I-130 relationship photos, I-751 photo evidence and K-1 relationship photos.

Add supporting documents

If you are preparing a broader evidence package, you can add supporting documents as exhibits. Keep each record clearly named, and keep translations with their originals. A photo album does not replace forms, financial records or other evidence required for your case.

Read the marriage evidence guide for preparation ideas and official sources. Case Album is independent software, not a law firm or USCIS. It does not file your case or guarantee approval.

Common questions

What should I write below a relationship photo?

Describe what happened, when and where it happened, and who is in the photo. Use facts you know. If you do not know an exact date, do not invent one. Keep captions short enough to read easily.

Does a photo album replace other marriage evidence?

No. Photos are one part of the relationship record. Follow the instructions for your form and include the other evidence relevant to your case. Case Album organizes material you provide; it does not decide whether that evidence is sufficient.

Can I see the finished PDF before paying?

Yes. Prepare your album and review the preview before paying to save your PDF. You can also view the sample album without adding your own photos. Check the pricing page for current availability and purchase terms.

Are my photos uploaded to a server?

The album is prepared in your browser and saved on your device. Save a backup before clearing browser data or moving to another device. Payment processing is separate from your photo files.
