Short answers for every Case Album tool. Still stuck? Send us a message at the bottom of this page. We answer every message.

Which tool should I use?

Use the Marriage Case Album for photos and records in a marriage or K-1 case. Use the EB-2 NIW or EB-1A organizer to arrange your own documents into labeled exhibits with an index. Use the RFE response organizer when you have a Request for Evidence notice to answer. Case Album cannot tell you whether you qualify or what to include.

How do I add photos to the album?

Open your album and choose Choose photos. You can pick JPG, PNG, or HEIC (iPhone) photos, or a ZIP folder of photos, and you can drag them onto the page. An album holds up to 100 photos. That is Case Album’s product limit, not a USCIS recommendation.

When am I charged?

Building and previewing are free in every tool. You pay only when you save your final files. Album: $29 for the Photo Album or $49 with supporting documents, and each payment lets you save your album once, as it is then. NIW and EB-1A packets: $79. RFE response: $39. A packet payment covers one project for 30 days, including changes and saving again.

Can I change my work after I save it?

Yes. Your work stays on your device and you can keep working on it. For the album, saving a changed album is a new purchase, and if saving fails you can save the same, unchanged album again for 24 hours. For a packet, you can change the project and save it again during its 30 days.

Can I get a refund?

You can see every page free before you pay, and you confirm before checkout, so a purchase is final. Charged twice, or your files did not save? Tell us within 30 days. Album buyers use the form on the Refund Policy page. Packet buyers use the form below with the email on their Stripe receipt, the date and the amount.

Where is my work saved?

Only in this browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded. In the album, use Save a backup file in the menu (•••) to keep a copy, or to continue on another computer. In a packet tool, use the backup button on the Review step and restore it later with Restore a packet backup. A packet backup is a plain ZIP file that is not encrypted.

Why can’t I save the final PDF yet?

Each photo needs an occasion, a confirmed date, a place and the people shown, and the cover needs both names. Use Next missing to jump to whatever is left. The free preview is always available.

A PDF document won’t add

If a PDF asks for a password when you open it, open it, then save a copy without the password (for example with “Print to PDF”) and add that copy. Each document can have up to 400 pages, and you can remove pages you don’t need with “Choose pages to keep”.

I paid but my album did not open for saving

Your payment is safe and you will not be charged twice. In your album, open the menu (•••) and choose Restore a purchase. Use the email on your Stripe receipt and your order code (it starts with “CA-”).

I paid for a packet but cannot save it

Stay on the Review step and choose Check again. A payment can take a minute to confirm. If you restored the project from a backup, the payment comes back only if you chose to include the payment recovery code when you saved that backup. If it did not come back, send a support request with the email on your Stripe receipt, the date and the amount.

Which files can I add to a packet?

PDF, JPEG and PNG files, up to 50 MB per file and 300 MB per project. iPhone photos (HEIC), TIFF and WebP images are turned into JPEG on your device when you add them. Save Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email files as PDF first. A PDF with a password, a fillable form or a portfolio is rejected with a reason. Open it, save a plain copy and add that copy.

What does Case Album guarantee?

It does not guarantee legal sufficiency, USCIS acceptance, or any immigration outcome. Review every page and consult a qualified legal professional for case-specific questions.
