What can I build with Case Album?
A marriage green card, I-751 (removing conditions) or K-1 photo album, an EB-2 NIW or EB-1A evidence packet, or an RFE response. Each tool turns the files you give it into labeled PDFs with an index.
Which tool do I need?
Preparing photos and records for a marriage green card, I-751 or K-1 case: the marriage evidence album. Filing an EB-2 national interest waiver: the EB-2 NIW packet. Filing as a person of extraordinary ability: the EB-1A packet. Answering a Request for Evidence on any kind of case: the RFE response.
Does Case Album tell me if I qualify or what to include?
No. It never judges a case, predicts a result or tells you what evidence you need. You choose what goes in. The tool keeps labels, page numbers and the index consistent.
Do my files get uploaded?
No. Photos, documents, names and case details stay in your browser on your device, even when you pay. Stripe processes the payment only and receives no file or case information.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. You can build and preview every page free. You pay only to save the final PDFs.
How much does it cost?
Marriage evidence album: $29 Photo Album, $49 Complete Evidence Package (photos plus documents). EB-2 NIW and EB-1A packets: $79. RFE response: $39. One payment each, no subscription. A packet payment includes 30 days of changes and saving again for that project.
What files can I add?
The album takes photos, including HEIC, and PDF documents. The packet tools take PDF, JPEG, PNG and iPhone photos, up to 50 MB per file. Save Word, Excel and email files as PDF first.
What if my browser data is cleared?
Your work is saved on your device only, and we cannot recover files we never receive. Save a backup file now and then, and again before you clear your browser.
Can I change my work after I save it?
Yes, your work stays on your device. For the album, saving after any change is a new purchase, and if saving fails you can save the same, unchanged album again for 24 hours. A packet purchase covers changes and saving that project again for 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
You see every page free before you pay, and you confirm before checkout, so a purchase is final. Charged twice, or your files did not save? Tell us within 30 days.
Is Case Album part of USCIS, or legal advice?
No. Case Album is an independent tool that organizes what you give it. It is not part of USCIS, it is not a lawyer, and it cannot guarantee any immigration result.
