Have these ready
- Eligibility: check the DV-2027 country list and education or qualifying work requirements when the instructions are published.
- Passport: the principal entrant's valid passport and required scan.
- Photos: a separate recent photo for every person who must be listed.
- Family details: accurate names and birth information for your legal spouse and required unmarried children under 21, including stepchildren and adopted children. Read the exceptions in the instructions.
- Payment: a way to pay the $1 official entry fee as instructed.
Before you submit
- Submit only one entry per person. Each eligible spouse may submit a separate entry listing the family.
- Check every name, date and photo. Save your confirmation number immediately.
