Prepare the principal entrant's valid, unexpired passport and a JPEG/JFIF scan of its biographic and signature page.
The short checklist
- Format: JPEG/JFIF. A PDF is not the specified upload format.
- Size: no more than 5 MB.
- Content: the passport's biographic and signature page. Keep the details readable and avoid cutting off information.
- Passport details: have its number, issuing authority and expiration date ready.
- Exceptions: the rule allows limited exemptions. Having no passport does not automatically qualify you.
The rule took effect April 10, 2026. If your signature is on another page, follow the final entry instructions for supplying it. Do not confuse this scan with your separate portrait photo.
